Shipping, Warranties, and Return Policies 

Shipping  USA/Canadian shipping takes typically from 4-12 business days and is delivered via USPS mail, UPS or FedEx.  Other International shipping is typically sent via UPS, DHL, or FedEx. Shipping time varies for other locations.  International orders – other countries may add VAT/Duties to the cost of the product.  Unfortunately, we can’t calculate that in advance.  We send out an email with a tracking link when the order is processed and ready for shipping.  If you don’t receive an email with a tracking link, it may have been blocked by your email service since it comes from an automated system.  So please contact us and we’ll send one to you if it doesn’t go through.

If you are located in Europe, you can order faster and more cost-effectively through our UK location.  Please note that they have added in the EU/VAT/Duties automatically, which when combined with the lower cost shipping, it’s less expensive to order from them if you are based in Europe.  Please visit the UK/EU store at:

What are your warrantees for hi®?  hi® is warrantied for 12 months for mechanical or manufacturing defects.  If you have a mechanical failure within 12 months of purchase please let us know and we can get a replacement unit sent to you.

What are your return policies for unopened products? Unopened hi® systems can be returned within 30 days of order for a full refund.  Contact us for an RMA & ship the unit back.  Upon receipt and confirmation it has not been opened we will issue a refund for your purchase price.

What are your return policies for opened/used products?  Since hi® is used for adult-oriented type massage, we cannot reuse it.  However, we want you to be happy so within 60 days of your purchase you have completed the online training and still aren’t satisfied you can ship it back to us and upon receipt, we will offer a refund minus a 20% recycling fee for the components.  Also – if you aren’t having success with hi® please also contact us directly, or via the anonymous online support community for more comprehensive support.  Our experience has been that 95% of the time the challenge is that hi® is very different from other products on the market & people don’t know how to use it.  Ideally, we want you to enjoy the benefits thousands of others do daily so we encourage you to first learn how to use hi®.
